Privacy policy

Yamama Super Office is a service of Yamama Software. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you control it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
• Your content: the documents, sheets, slides and files you save in your account.
• Usage: a record of AI actions and their points, and your organisation's activity log, visible to its admins.
• Payments: we keep only the transaction id and amount. Card details are entered on Moyasar's page and never reach us.

How we use it

• To run the service and save and sync your work across your devices.
• To answer AI requests: text you send to an AI tool is processed by the AI model provider only to return the result.
• To protect accounts from unauthorised access and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your content for advertising.

Sharing

Your content is visible only to the people you share it with, and to your organisation's admins if you joined it by invitation.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for preferences such as language and dark mode. We use no advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data, and ask us to delete your account and all its content. Email info@yamamasoftware.com from your account's address.
